Whether you’re a contractor who needs a 700-foot trench or a homeowner in need of a 30-foot trench, Universal Electrical Services has you covered. From a 10-ounce hand shovel to a 3000-pound trenching machine, we have the tools to get the job done. Just as our name implies, our services expand beyond one area. We can take on projects for electrical, communication, plumbing, irrigation and gas that require extensive digging.
Electrical/Communication
Do you have unattractive, overhead wires supplying the power to your home? A much cleaner option is to have them buried 3 feet underground. Spare conduits can also be installed underground for sheds, gazebos and landscape lighting. Subterranean wire installation is also a more effective option for security systems – hardwiring each device is a more reliable method and deeper wire installation can aid against physical tampering.
Plumbing/Irrigation/Gas
Although we specialize in electrical, we can provide trenching services for a variety of trades, including piping and conduit installation, and pulling sprinkler lines.
With any digging project, safety is paramount – we will take the necessary precautions to dig responsibly. We can also assist with contacting New York 811 to obtain a proper mark-out of existing underground services.
